Focus: Review of complaints policy and procedures, Effective management of the process, Channels of communication, Complaints panels
Audience: Head Teachers, Deputy Head Teachers, Governors, School Business managers

Our Specialist Leader, Zoe Richards, is running a Subject Leader Toolkit development course. The course runs across 5 sessions and will focus on the following:
- What makes a great middle leader?
- The Toolkit needed to be an effective leader; including interpersonal and organisational skills
- Effective leadership and the power of coaching
- Lesson observation
- Monitoring and assessment
This training is suitable for teaching staff who are potentially capable of leading others through middle leadership. It will help them to develop their leadership skills through researching practices linked to teaching and learning so that they can improve the quality of provision through evidence based practice. There is no charge for this training for Inspire members.
